Dare 24

END THE DAY WITH GRATITUDE

“It is good to give thanks to the LORD…
to declare Your lovingkindness in the morning,
and Your faithfulness every night.” — Psalm 92:1–2

Notice that rhythm… morning and night.
Lovingkindness when the day begins.
Faithfulness when the day ends.

Tonight, before you fall asleep, pause.
Look back and name three specific moments you’re thankful for — not dramatic, just real.

A smile.
A kind word.
A quiet breath.
A door that opened at the right time.

Psalm 92 reminds us that gratitude at night isn’t denial — it’s declaration. It’s choosing to rehearse God’s faithfulness instead of replaying our worries.

Gratitude doesn’t just lift your mood. It retrains your perception. It softens your spirit. It teaches your heart to recognize provision where you once saw lack.

End the day noticing what was given, not what was missing.
Peace grows where appreciation is planted.
