Dare 34
End the Argument in Your Mind
Today, notice the conversations you’re replaying.
The one where you explain better.
The one where you finally say what you should have said.
The one where you prove your point.
The one where you win.
Now gently stop it.
You are not in that conversation.
And you don’t need to win an imaginary battle.
Scripture says:
“Let the peace of God rule in your hearts…” — Colossians 3:15
Peace cannot rule where rehearsal is running the courtroom.
Every time we replay a conflict, we re-experience it.
The body tightens.
The heart defends.
The mind prepares weapons for something that isn’t even happening.
Mental peace is restored the moment we choose to step out of the imaginary room.
You don’t need to rewrite the past.
You don’t need to pre-fight the future.
End the argument.
Return to the present.
God is here — not in the replay.
