Dare 15
Practice Conscious Breath
Five minutes.
Sit upright.
Inhale slowly through your nose.
Exhale a little longer than you inhaled.
Breath is not empty — it is foundational.
In Hebrew, the name Yahweh itself is carried on breath.
Each letter can be spoken without forcing sound — only air moving through the lungs.
Yod — like the spark, the first element, hydrogen.
Heh — the structure, carbon.
Vav — the sustaining flow, oxygen.
Heh — the balancing exchange, nitrogen.
Every breath is a reminder that life is sustained moment by moment.
When we slow down and become conscious of it, we retrain the nervous system to receive before reacting — to listen before speaking, to align before moving.
Five quiet minutes can reset an entire day.
